Yusuf Ransome, an Associate Professor of Public Health specializing in Social and Behavioral Sciences at the Yale School of Public Health, is driven by a life purpose to inspire and empower individuals to accelerate their journey towards holistic wellbeing encompassing health, wealth, and happiness, leading to long-term prosperity.

Dr. Ransome actively pursues his purpose through scientific research aimed at exploring and assessing the efficacy of leveraging social connectedness, social capital, and spirituality to mitigate health disparities in both mental and physical health domains, as well as in various social outcomes such as socioeconomic mobility, employment, academic achievement, and workplace well-being. His research endeavors have garnered funding from prestigious institutions including the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities (NIMHD), and the John Templeton Foundation.

Operating through his consultancy firm, Evalstats LLC, Dr. Ransome extends his expertise to assist CEOs and government officials in navigating leadership challenges pertaining to social determinants of health research, aiding in the development and evaluation of interventions.
